These classes will meet on Tues and Thursday evenings from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm PACIFIC time.

which will consist of intense quizzing and learning the skills to answer
questions for the EA Exam - even when you're not sure of the answer.

The Final Review Sessions will run on Saturday mornings from 7:30 am - 11:30 am PACIFIC TIME

We will be studying for one exam at a time. You will be learning more about these topics than you often learn in a college class, without all the boring stuff. You will also be getting practice tips along the way. You'll be learning information you can use right now - in your own tax practice, or in your job, long before you even pass the SEE.

Note: Ideally, you should attend all classes. If you miss a class, don't worry. You can replay every class at your leisure. You're also able to download an MP3 file of each class to carry with you play on a portable audio device.

EXAM PART II - BUSINESSES AND ENTITIES [44.5 HOURS]

This part of the exam covers Schedule C, Form 1065-Partnerships, Form 1120-Corporations, Form 1120S-S Corporations. There is substantial overlap in one area of study between Part I & Part II of the exam. That's in the area of assets - basis, depreciation and sales and exchanges. So this subject is covered in both Part I and Part II studies.

EXAM PART III - REPRESENTATION, PRACTICE AND PROCEDURES [ 30 HOURS]

This part of the exam covers everything about being an enrolled agent. In particular, pay close attention to the ethics area and representation areas. There will be a lot of questions.
